Booking the Band
We can't help very much unless you have a date in mind. Enquiries such as "would you be available for a date sometime next July?" are impossible to answer usefully. Please check our gigs page first to eliminate dates we already can't do, and it's also smart to check Mary and Anahata's bookings as if they are booked elsewhere the band is also not available.If you call or email us with a specific date, we should be able to reply about availability within a day or two and we'll pencil the date in if available. If at that stage you decide for any reason you don't want to book us please let us know so that we can free the date up for other work.
All being well, we'll send two copies of a simple contract stating the date, time and place and ask you to sign (if it's correct!) and return one copy with a deposit cheque to secure the booking.
Please note that sometimes unforeseen child care problems compel us to perform as a three piece band without Gina. This will not materially affect your enjoyment of the dancing: it just makes it harder work for the rest of us!
