Fendragon - Cambridge based ceilidh band

To confirm we first need the following information (which you may have already sent us if you filled in the enquiry form):

• Address of location where dance is to be held (including postcode if possible)
• Start and finish times.
• Your postal address for including on contract.

We will email you a contract with request for £50 deposit. The deposit can be paid by cheque returned with your signed copy of the contract, or you can pay by online bank transfer (instructions on contract). If you pay online, we will assume you have accepted contract terms and there is no need to post a signed contract back, but please email us to let us know you have made the payment.

If you cancel, the deposit is not returnable. If for some unlikely reason the band has to cancel, we will return the deposit.

Balance of fee is payable in cash on the night.

Payment of the balance by cheque or direct bank transfer is possible, but only by prior arrangement and payment must be cleared prior to the date of the performance.

Please note we like to allow an hour for setting up before the dancing starts. Also we would appreciate parking space for two cars close to the venue to simplify loading and unloading.

We don't require feeding, but if you are serving food and inviting the band to join in, it is useful for us to know in advance.

If you decide for any reason you don't wish to book Fendragon after all, please let us know anyway. It helps us a lot in case we get further enquiries for the same date.

If we don't hear from you within 14 days we may assume you don't need us and take other work if offered.
